Ingredients :

 

- 250 g of oat flakes

- 250 g of sugar

- 150 g flour

- 30 grams of spirulina (twigs)

- 130 g butter

- 1/4 glass of milk

- 1 packet of baking powder  

 

Preparation :

 

Soften the butter. Mix all the ingredients to get a soft dough.

Make small heaps (the size of a large walnut) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake (Th 8 or 230 ° C) 15-20 minutes.
