MIX IN A BLENDER OR ROBOT :

- 1 banana, - 20 cl of apple juice,

- 15 cl of almond milk,

- 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder, or of spirulade energetic (mixture of spirulina and green acerola)

- 1 to 2 drops of orange or lemon essential oil.

- 1 tablespoon of agave syrup

- 2 ice cubes

The essential oil can be replaced by juice of half a lemon or half a orange.

All these ingredients make this smoothie a perfect starter to start the day in an Olympic form !

Enjoy immediately or take it to the gym !
