Article 1 - Purpose

These terms and conditions are agreed in part by individual enterprise on behalf of Spiruline Algahé, located at : Locality NOYES - 12160 CAMBOULAZET, registered under Siret number:  815 338 348 00015, hereinafter referred to as "Seller" and secondly, by any person or entity wishing to make a purchase of products offered via the website "", hereinafter referred to as "Buyer" which acknowledges the ability to contract the conditions described below.

The buyer acknowledges, before placing his order, the conditions of sale set out below and accept them without reservation.  

Article 2 - Information on products for sale :

Products offered by Spiruline Algahé are those given in the catalog published on the Seller's website. Prior to the conclusion of the contract, Algahé inform potential buyers about the essential qualities of marketed products, by presenting the listings for each item offered for sale.  

Article 3 - Availability :

Products are offered within the limits of available stocks. If unavailable or out of stock, a message appears on the item and it will be impossible to control the no reservations.  

Article 4 - Price :

Prices include tax (Any included tax). Subject to availability, the articles are billed based on rates in effect at the time of registration of the order. Spiruline Algahé reserves the right to change prices at any time, except that the prices contained in the catalog the day of the order shall be applicable only to the buyer. Article 5 -Creating account :

Article 8 - Payment :

Payment is made at the discretion of the buyer: secure payment by credit card, or via a Paypal account.  

Article 9 Title retention clause :

The ordered products remain the property of the Spiruline Algahé company until full payment by the buyer.

The seller is not bound to deliver the thing, if the buyer does not pay the price, and the seller has not granted a deadline for payment.  

Shipping cost Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the country of shipment and carrier you choose, they are indicated in the order summary at the time of the choice of the carrier and before the settlement.

Article 10 - Delivery :

a) The products are sent to the buyer's choice: whether to the address indicated in the order or at point-relays, shipping is applicable in both cases.

For orders placed before 12.00 and settled through secure payment CB or Paypal, Spiruline Algahé undertakes to deliver buyers within 4 working days. For other destinations than France extra time is to be expected depending on the destination.

  • For Spain, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Netherlands 5 days
  • For Austria, Italy, Portugal, Denmark, Ireland, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Greece, Hungary, Island, 6-7 business days

The seller agrees to deliver the product on time indicated above. If the delivery time initially announced could not be met, the buyer must inform Spiruline Algahé by phone or email to agreeing a new delivery time. The seller will contact the carrier immediately to initiate an investigation that may last maximum 21 days. If during this period, the product is found, it will be redirected to the new delivery. If, against, the product has not been delivered after the new delivery time, it will be considered lost and the buyer will have the option to terminate the contract by email and receive a refund of the price, shipping costs, or accept the replacement command sent at the expense of Spiruline Algahé. Any delays in delivery does not entitle the buyer to claim damages.  

Article 11 - transport risks :

Deliveries are made to the address specified in the order that can only be in the area agreed. The buyer agrees to sign the delivery after checking the contents of the packages and the condition of the goods ordered. In case of occurrence of damage during shipping, the buyer agrees to formulate a reasoned protest to the carrier within 3 days of delivery, under penalty of foreclosure. Article 14. Guarantees
